A special feature on ABCs Landline Program highlighted the current state of play in some areas of Australia regarding wild dogs and control measures.
One of the goals for the National Wild Dog Action Plan is to increase awareness, understanding and capacity building and we are pleased to see well regarded programs such as Landline assisting us to achieve this goal.
The National Wild Dog Action Plan worked with the ABC Landline team to assist them in airing a well-rounded story on the topic and it will feature all sides of the debate and emphasise some of the new control measures which are being created and implemented.
